Kevin is an experienced consultant who has worked with a variety of private and public sector organizations on issues related to occupational health psychology, leadership and human resource management.

He is a founding principal of Evidence Based Solutions; a consulting firm specializing in the design, delivery and evaluation of organizational solutions.  He delivers the S.A.F.E.R. and Mental Health Awareness Training programs as well as custom designed leadership training through that firm.

As an independent practitioner, Kevin has worked with a variety of firms to provide services such as:

  •  The design and conduct of employee attitude/engagement surveys
  •  Individual assessment (e.g. for selection, leadership development, career decisions etc.)
  • The evaluation of current human resource practices (e.g. safety practices, performance management)
